CASAT Resources
This website has answers for many of the most common requests we get from our users. You can use the navigation bar on the left to move between sections. The CASAT Resources section refers to any services that are managed internally by CASAT and typically utilize our @casat.org email accounts. The UNR Resources section refers to any services that are managed by UNR and typically utilize your UNR issued NetId, or email address.
New to CASAT
If you are new at CASAT you should check out our Getting Started section. Going through that section will walk you through the first steps you should complete when getting your CASAT issued computer setup.
CASAT IT is able to assist with any technical issues Monday-Friday during the hours of 830am to 500pm. During that time you can reach out via email banderson@casat.org, via Google Chat, or via phone 775-784-6277. CASAT’s IT is happy to assist with technical problems, questions, or project requests. In some cases, involving UNR accounts/resources, it maybe necessary to hand off support requests to UNR IT.
UNR IT is available to assist with any problems involving UNR logins, systems, and resources. UNR IT has a self-help knowledge base, resources for teaching technologies, and is available via Emailed Ticket, Phone, or Chat. Below is a list of UNR IT resources:
